Separating or divorcing couples are often in high-conflict about parenting issues and what is in the best interests of their child. Parents may make frequent, repeat, expensive Court appearances over custodial and timesharing issues.

The sensible alternative is to consult a Child Custody Mediator/Parenting Coordinator who mentors and guides the parents to solutions that are in the best interest of their child. The parents agreements are documented in a Stipulated Agreement submitted to the Court.  The Mediator submits recommendations to the Judge to resolve areas of disagreement.
